Shipping Policy
We ship across India and the US. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within a few business days; delivery timelines vary by destination and are shared over WhatsApp. Custom and made-to-order decor may need additional lead time, so please reach out early for event dates.
Returns & Refunds
Because most pieces are handcrafted and personalized, we handle returns case by case. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
